Join AACCCS–ISSAMBA Centre and Ethiopian Wish Catering, co-hosts of MAMA PUT; African & Caribbean Eatery Day, for a celebration of flavours, culture and community!
A taste of home. A table for everyone.
Explore African flatbreads—injera, kisra and chapati—paired with comforting stews and sauces. Discover Ethiopian and South Sudanese dishes alongside favourites such as fufu, ugali, okra sauce, eru, Cameroonian-style jollof rice, red red, piri-piri chicken and vegetable tagine with fonio couscous.
